OK! I'll try it--I have really had NO ideas for the green tomatoes.Interestingly, we both made Indian food with some of our CSA materials last week. My choice for the kale: Saag. It was fabulous-- a lot better than another batch of soup!
Since I had only the two tomatoes, I made a half-batch of the gratin, and it was just the right amount for us. (The feta and the crumbs made the dish, but the veggies were good, too.) I hope you like it.I've never made Saag, but that's a good idea if we get more kale or chard.
